Oligocène

The ability of the soil to regulate the water supply to the vine as it’s  growing is a trait common to the best wines. 32 million years ago, asteroid limestone was formed here, the precious substrate of our vines which stores water. This cuvée, 100% Merlot, matured in oak barrels, comes exclusively from the oldest vines of the estate.
